Free Of Charge Delivery
If you need to return faulty or incorrect goods you will need a Goods Return Number. Call us on 0844 561 1787, email us at email@example.com or visit the ‘contact us’ page on our website stating your full name and address, invoice number and reason for return. Please note, we do not guarantee to raise a credit for your return unless it is authorized with the Goods Return Number.
My goods are faulty… what do I do? We’re sorry that your product is faulty and will gladly arrange a free return for you if the goods were purchased within the last six months. We fully test all products that are returned and if a product is found not to be at fault we reserve the right to refuse to credit you and charge for collection if necessary.
You sent me the wrong product… what do I do? If we (unbelievably) send the wrong product we will gladly collect the incorrect item and send you a replacement. There will obviously be no extra charge.
I ordered the wrong product… what do I do? If you contact us within three days of receiving the goods and return them within seven days we will give you a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns after seven days will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. If you still wish to return a product after seven days we may accept it but this will be at our discretion. Any products accepted for refund must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.
My order has arrived but some of it is missing… what do I do? We ask all customers to check the delivery note included with their delivery for errors. If a delivery note includes a product that is missing from the parcel then please contact us within three days to report your query. On occasion we may send your goods on more than one delivery (including items that are backordered), however, when more than one delivery has been arranged we will always let you know.
