Shipping & Delivery
Except when otherwise stated or advised to the customer the charge for delivery is £3.00 plus VAT per consignment. Any orders with a value in excess of £100.00 plus VAT will be delivered free of charge. These carriage charges are relevant to any destination on the U.K mainland and may change without notice. Delivery charges outside UK Mainland will be charged at £10.00. Some areas may incur an extra delivery charge depending on weight and area sent to. Delivery charges to overseas addresses will be quoted at time of order or if ordered directly through the website then a flat rate of £25.00 will be charged.

Returns & Replacements
You are required to inspect your goods on receipt and to notify us of any defects or complaints within 3 working days. In the event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us and request a Returns number which must be clearly stated on the outside of the parcel when returning the goods. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Ordering
After completion of your order please check your receipt to ensure that all details are correct. If you need to make any changes please notify us via telephone or email immediately to avoid any delays on your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices on our web site are correct at the time of publication; however they may be subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to inform the customer if there is a change in price prior to dispatch. Prices shall be payable without any deduction or set off. VAT is chargeable at the rate ruling at the date of dispatch. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

Payment is normally required to be paid either at the time of ordering (by credit or debit card) or by sending a cheque or making a bank transfer against a pro forma issued and sent to the customer by the company. Payment by American Express will incur an additional charge of 3.5% of the transaction value. We accept official Purchase Orders from the following sectors: Local Authorities/Councils, Government, Education, Financial, Healthcare, & other official corporate bodies.

For those customers with a credit account, payment is required within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed by a director of the company. The company reserves the right not to give a credit account and will process orders in line with due diligence. The directors of the company have the ultimate decision. The company reserves the right not to dispatch goods for any customer with an overdue account. The company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances and will set the rate of interest at the base rate + 8% until payment is made and without prejudice to any other rights available to the company in order to receive payment.

Promotions are run at the discretion of the company and may be changed at any time without notice.

Viewing Orders
Once you have placed your order we wil email you to confirm receipt and goods dispatch. If you chose to register on our web site you will have the ability to check the status of your orders on line. You will also have access to your full sales history to allow easy repeat ordering.
